律師李大山（陳泂江 飾）為幫助無辜的犯人而免費為他們打官司，李大山除了在法庭上用法理和情理為客戶陳情外，也在工作之余到懲戒所輔導迷途青年。
整容醫(yī)生張小嫻（林慧玲 飾）心藏不少秘密，她出生在復雜的家庭環(huán)境，爸爸有暴力傾向，媽媽則一直黯然忍受家暴。
有一次，爸爸把張小嫻的鼻子打斷，她因此接受醫(yī)療整形，之后甚至將整張臉進行“改造”，也促使她決定當整容醫(yī)生。
張小嫻從小就認識李大山，兩人10多年后重逢，李大山因張小嫻的面容全然不同而沒有把她認出，張小嫻隱藏身份與男方交往，發(fā)展出一段愛情故事.......
